hello, looks really great and simple! I’m gonna try this. couple of questions – how often do you do this? and did you get Braggs from a mainstream health store eg planet organic or a little one?

I tried this two weeks and loved it! Saw great results and my second/third day hair was amazing…NEVER lasts this long. Funny thing is this was before your video so I didn’t catch that you are suppose to wash your hair after..tee hee I had a little of the Bragg smell but not that bad. I was going to ask you what your tip was about the smell. I will post a picture soon but have a question…what is “cowashing”? Thanks!

I’m glad you had great results! Co Washing is when you use Conditioner instead of Shampoo to wash your hair

I tried this treatment today and absolutely LOVED it! I just stumbled across your blog last week and I had to try this out. My hair is super soft and bouncy and my curls are popping. Please post more vids soon! Thanks
