I’ve been getting a few questions about Braggs, which is in the Cherry Lola Treatment. There seems to be some confusion on what the difference between soy sauce and Braggs.
The two are not the same thing.
The biggest difference between the two is fermentation. Braggs is not fermented and soy sauce is. But further, soy sauce usually contains sugars, salts, colorings and wheat proteins that might interfere with the cherry lola treatments purpose- Frizz Reduction!
This weekend I will be post a tutorial on how to do the Cherry Lola treatment start to finish, with some do’s and don’t as well. I think I have found the perfect routine! If you have any questions you would like me to answer, drop them in the comments section!
Stay curly!!

Hi, I just wanted to inform you about my results with your frizz free method. First thing, I only tried the method once and I didn’t wash my hair prior to starting. I cowashed earlier that day and had a little gel in my hair but that was about it. Anyway, I put the concoction in my hair and put a plastic cap on for about 45 minutes. Afterwards, I rinsed it out. Right away, I noticed that my hair was super soft and I was impressed because it has never been that soft. I then co-washed and put a little carrot cream and a little gel in my hair. I then styled it and went about my day. Unfortunately, I still had frizz, major frizz, but I have not given up on this method yet. I will continue to use this method until the amino acid is gone because I really like how soft my hair was. If in the process of doing such, I am eventually able to eliminate frizz then I will put this method in my regular routine. Again, it was not a total loss and I give it a thumbs up. Thanks for the idea
